Charity: Laura Vickers Ray of Life Fund
On February 28, 2007, Laura Vickers was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer known as Inflammatory Breast Cancer. It looked like Laura had beat it until November 25, 2008 when she found out the cancer was back and had spread through out her body. It has now spread to her lymphatic system and liver. But, there are many reasons for hope. Laura has begun treatment at a new hospital that treats the whole body and includes naturopathic therapy and supplements as well as mental and spiritual guidance alongside the traditional chemotherapy.
Since Laura’s fight began many of us have been right along side her in spirit. We’ve been reading her blog at www.lauravickers.blogspot.com and wondering what we can do to help her.
