Toshi Designs We Are One LLC, herein referred to as “We Are One Designs,” includes areas on its website www.weareonedesigns.com where you may provide personal information.  In order to protect your right to privacy, We Are One Designs implements the Privacy Policy described below to govern the URL www.weareonedesigns.com.

In the event you use this web site to request information, you may be prompted to provide personal information such as your name/organization, address, phone and fax number, and email address. We Are One Designs will use the information you provide in trying to respond to your comments and your requests for information about We Are One Designs or any of the individuals/organizations involved within the website. We Are One Designs will not intentionally provide or sell personal information to third parties. We Are One Designs will disclose your personal information if legally compelled to do so pursuant to a search warrant, subpoena, court order or other legal process or to otherwise protect the rights and property of We Are One Designs whether in conjunction with state or federal law enforcement or otherwise. Terms, Conditions and Limitations of Access & Use
By accessing and/or using the URL www.weareonedesigns.com, you agree to the following terms, conditions and limitations (the “Terms and Conditions”):  

• We Are One Designs is an online jewelry retail store.  We are in the business of selling jewelry to the public on behalf of fund raisers who create an account on our site.  A “Fund Raiser” is herein defined as an individual or group seeking to raise money to (a) benefit a charity of choice, or (b) assist in meeting an individual’s own financial needs (such as supplementing their income to assist in paying for medical bills, travel associated with medical needs, or other ancillary expenses).  We Are One Designs will donate 20% of actual sales (excluding shipping fees and taxes) to the charity or group designated by a Fund Raiser and selected by a  buyer when purchasing items.  We Are One Designs will make all donations directly to the specified donor/charity on behalf of the Fund Raiser.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account with We Are One Designs.

• We Are One Designs reserves the right to, in its sole discretion,  refuse anyone who applies to become a Fund Raiser, advertiser, or recipient organization, and also reserves the right to refuse specific advertisements.

• We Are One Designs is not liable in any way if a Fund Raiser is not truthful or if an individual or organization denotes a "fake" cause or illness. 

• IF, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WE ARE ONE DESIGNS DEEMS A FUND RAISER OR AN ACCOUNT HOLDER TO BE PROVIDING FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION, WE ARE ONE DESIGNS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THAT ACCOUNT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

• We Are One Designs is performing a service for its Fund Raisers and is not qualified to offer tax advice on the deductibility of any donation made on behalf of a Fund Raiser,  We therefore make no representations as to the potential tax consequences or deductibility of any purchase made on our web site, www.weareonedesigns.com, or of any donations made by We Are One Designs on behalf of a Fund Raiser or otherwise.  We encourage you to consult with your own legal and/or tax advisors if you have any questions or concerns regarding tax issues.

• Our service allows the proceeds (which is 20% of total actual sales excluding shipping and tax fees) provided by We Are One Designs to the Fund Raisers to meet the structural qualifications of the IRS code, so that if donor and donee are qualified, the donation may be taken by the Fund Raiser. The proceeds (of monies paid by We Are One Designs to the individual/organization) provided by We Are One Designs transfers to the control of the Fund Raiser. We do not purport to give any tax or legal advice regarding deductibility or otherwise, and encourage you to consult with your own legal and/or tax advisors if you have any questions or concerns regarding tax issues.

• The materials posted on this site by We Are One Designs may be retrieved solely for your own personal use and for no other purpose. Any copying, transfer, modification or distribution other than in connection with your personal use requires the express written permission of We Are One Designs.

• We Are One Designs strives to convey accurate and current information on this site.  Nevertheless, it is possible the site may contain errors.
