How do I edit my personal account?
You can update all of your contact and shipping information by visiting our site at "www.weareonedesigns.com " and clicking on "my account" at the top of the page. Log in to your account to review and update your personal information.
About Our Jewelry
Can I design my own piece of jewelry?
We Are One Designs strives to provide beautiful jewelry that can be personalized with up to three initials on a sterling silver tag. In many of our pieces, we also provide options for the individual to mix and match not only the color, but also the charm to produce a piece of jewelry as unique as the individual who will be wearing it.
I saw a design that is no longer available online but want to choose for my profile. Can I still choose that design for my profile?
It depends on the availability of charm or beads. All of our jewelry pieces are uniquely chosen and handmade. The best thing to do is to contact Customer Service and we’ll let you know if it can be done.
I forgot the name of a specific jewelry design.
Our website has a comprehensive search function where you can search for a color or partial name of a piece. If you still cannot locate the piece, it may have sold out. Because all of our jewelry pieces are unique and handmade, we will occasionally have to discontinue or backorder the components of certain pieces, thus temporarily or permanently having to remove the piece from our collection. However, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service and one of our representatives may be able to help locate the piece for you!
What is oxidized jewelry?
Oxidization is the process where silver is dipped in a liquid solution that darkens the color of the metal giving it a matte finish. With oxidation, we can achieve a vintage, antique feel.
How do I take care of my oxidized jewelry?
To clean your oxidized jewelry, we recommend using a clean, soft cloth to wipe your jewelry. Use mild soap and lukewarm water
Do not expose to hot water.
Do not use tarnish remover products.
Do not use jewelry brushes or polishing cloths
Why is my sterling silver jewelry tarnishing?
Tarnishing is a normal process caused by oxidization, moisture from the air, and sunlight. If your sterling silver jewelry is stored in the open air, you expose it to air and humidity, which can both cause it to tarnish. To reduce tarnishing, we recommend keeping all of your sterling silver jewelry in air-tight protective bags made from tarnish proof cloth or use a resealable plastic bag. You may also purchase a sterling silver polishing cloth from our site that you can use to brighten your sterling anytime. In contrast, any jewelry containing pearls or opals, such as our Freshwater Pearl necklace, should not be stored in plastic but in fabric bags that allow the natural materials to "breathe".
How do I care for my leather or suede jewelry?
Please take care not to get any type of sunscreen (lotion, spray or oils), body lotions/moisturizers, or oil on your suede or leather. It will cause the natural material to bleed onto fabrics. Water will also cause your leather or suede to dry and harden, altering the natural feel.

Order and Shipping Information
When will my orders be processed?
Orders placed after 2pm ET will be shipped on the next business day, excluding holidays. Once your order has been placed, we cannot change your order, add to your order or combine it with a previous or future order. It will take between 1-3 days to process your order, please add your shipping time to that processing time to better estimate when your package might arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. Depending on which shipping method you choose, both UPS and the USPS have tracking methods to input your tracking number.
What is a CVV2 number?
These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For Amex holders, it's the four digits located on the front of the card. If you're not sure, or can't read the numbers, please contact your credit card company before placing your order.

What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday - Friday, 9-5 ET. Customer Service via email will be available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
I need to speak to someone about my order!
If your order was placed after 1:00 pm EST, we will ship it out the following day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation via email that will link you to the USPS site. You can check on your order status whenever you like. If you still haven’t received anything from We Are One Designs, contact us at customer service and we will try to help you locate your package as soon as possible.
Please add 1-3 days for processing before item is shipped from our offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Additional time may be spent in transit for weekends and holidays.
Do you ship internationally, to PO Boxes or to APO/AFO addresses?
We are currently in the process of reviewing international and APO/AFO shipping. However, at this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
In general, because We Are One Designs donates a portion of the proceeds to charities, we are unable to refund any purchased items due to the nature of our business model and philosophy.
We do, however, allow items to be exchanged within 30 days of received item. Shipping the item(s) back to We Are One Designs is your responsibility.
If an item has been damaged during the shipping process to you, We Are One Designs will pay all shipping charges to replace the same item or will allow you to exchange with an equivalent priced item within 7 days upon receipt of shipped item.
How do I print a copy of my receipt?
Yes. When you are ready to checkout, print a copy of your receipt as a copy will also be automatically emailed to you.
