At We Are One Designs our mission is to make online fundraising as easy as possible for those who need to raise funds for family members with illnesses, their church or any other kind of non profit fundraising. We realize that people have many other responsibilities to worry about so we have created a model that makes this process as easy and effortless as possible.

This page will walk you through the steps of creating an account, uploading your story & profile and then sharing with your family and friends to show support and unity for your charity or cause. Our four step online fundraising model is simple, quick and easy!
Do I need to be a 501c3 organization in order to be a fundraiser?
We Are One Designs does not require 501c3 stauts to create a fundraiser account. We Are One Designs makes donations to a specified charity on behalf of its fundraisers. An organization with a 501c3 status provides a tax exempt status for most non-profit fundraising donations. For more information about taxes, please contact an expert in this field.
Will I be credited on purchases made from random strangers who buy my featured product?
Credits on purchases of our fundraising items made from your “jewelry favorites” will only apply if the purchaser inputs your username code during check out.
How can I check my balance for my charity?
You will need to log in to your account which will all you to view all of your information, including account balance.
Can my supporters get a status report of my online fundraising balance?
Yes if they choose to ask for a statement from We Are One Designs.
About Charitable Donations and Non Profit Fundraising
Where is my money going?
Whenever you make a purchase with We Are One Designs, 20% of the subtotal will be donated to the nonprofit fundraising charity or individual of your choice. 20% of the proceeds is based on the base of the item cost, excluding personalization, gift boxes and shipping, handling, and sales tax. If you do not designate a charity at the time of purchase, We Are One Designs will automatically donate your 20% to the charity of the month. Each month, We Are One Designs will have a featured online fundraising charity chosen to be the beneficiary of all undesignated proceeds from purchases on our web site.
How do I know the money is actually being donated to the organization?
Every month, a statement along with a check will be generated and sent to the online fundraising charities in our system, even if the balance is zero. This statement will not individually list every person’s name. HOWEVER, if you would like to make sure proceeds from your purchase(s) of the fundraising items made it to the appropriate charity, please contact customer service and we’ll be happy to review and send you a balance statement for your order(s).
Can I get a monthly update on the individual or group’s online fundraising efforts?
Absolutely! Please contact customer service and we’ll be happy to send it to you via email.
How can I donate more money to an organization or individual?
Each charity profiled will have a direct link to their main web site, along with a contact name for them. We recommend you contact them directly if you’d like to get more involved outside of the online fundraising donations.
How do I donate in honor or memory of an individual to an organization?
At We Are One Designs, we recommend anyone who’d like to honor or memorialize an individual to purchase a piece of jewelry of choice and designate the proceeds to benefit the charity that was most influential to the honored individual. You can also personalize an oval tag to place on the clasp of the fundraising item of the jewelry piece.
If you’d like to donate in honor or in memory of an individual at a specific organization, we encourage you to contact the nonprofit fundraising organization directly as they would embrace any personal donations for their cause.
